When I was in Mexico last week, people would comment on what a big baby Baxter is and say, “tu le das?” which is shorthand for “tu le das de comer;” literally, you feed him? Which is to say, you breast feed him? It can be accompanied with a tap on the chest just ABOVE the breast, for clarity. 🙂
